Time spent in the service can create trauma and stress, and transitioning to civilian life isn’t easy. EveryMind works with military-connected populations, such as military service members, veterans, and their families, to improve mental wellness through one care coordination, referrals to resources with trusted providers, and suicide prevention. One simple intake connects clients to our network of over 300 providers. We are committed to providing the utmost care, service, and resources to those who sacrificed so much for our freedoms.
