How We Help
Finding the right support can be overwhelming. Our dedicated Care Coordinators work directly with individuals and families to connect them with services that fit their unique needs. Through our network of trusted community partners and our affiliation with AmericaServes, we help navigate the complexities of accessing:
- Mental health and wellness support, including suicide prevention through the Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program (SSG Fox SPGP)
- Housing and homelessness prevention services
- Employment and career development
- Education and skill-building resources
- Legal and financial assistance
- Community Engagement
