EveryMile for EveryMind 5K Run & 1K Walk

An annual event in Rockville Town Square promoting mental health awareness and community well-being. This event supports veterans, military families, and the broader community.

Veterans Claims Clinics

ServingTogether co-hosts events like the Veterans Claims Clinic, including our second clinic held at the University of Maryland, where veterans receive in-person assistance with VA benefits, claims navigation, and connections to local resources.

Partnering For Impact

None of this would be possible without the dedication of our network partners and the generosity of our donors and supporters. By working together, we create a stronger, more connected system of care that ensures no military service member, veteran, or family member falls through the cracks. (VA, McVets, IVMF, MoCo, Virginia DVS, Red Cross)

How It Works

Our coordinated care approach ensures military-connected individuals receive the right services at the right time. (Include size/number of partners in our region). Using cutting-edge technology and real-time data tracking, we:

  • Identify service needs across our community.
  • Assess resource availability and capacity.
  • Reduce wait times and improve service efficiency.
  • Provide a warm handoff to service providers and resources.
