Linkages to Learning

Linkages to Learning is a collaboration between Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, Montgomery County Public Schools, and nonprofit community partners. Together, we provide accessible prevention and early intervention services to at-risk children and their families in order to improve adjustment to and performance in school, home, and the community. We use an integrated approach of health, social services, community development, and engagement to support student learning, strong families, and healthy communities. Through Linkages to Learning, children overcome obstacles to learning and growth through comprehensive school-based social and mental health services.

EveryMind administers 12 of the 29 sites in Montgomery County including the following schools: Arcola ES, Georgian Forest ES, Highland ES, Harmony Hills ES, Kemp Mill ES, Loiederman MS, Odessa Shannon MS, Parkland MS, Sargent Shriver ES, Viers Mill ES, Weller Road ES, and Wheaton Woods ES.
